Funeral ceremony in our hall

A funeral ceremony in our beautiful home in Todmorden, followed by a committal at a crematorium which you don’t attend. This is becoming an increasingly popular way of having a funeral. The hall space can be decorated as you wish and you have as much time as you need rather than being restricted by a short slot at the crematorium. The time and date would be to suit you. We charge a little extra for an evening or a weekend.

Included in the fee of £2,950:

• Meeting with you at the funeral home, your home or by zoom
• Our guidance from the first phone call until after he funeral
• Taking your loved one in to our care within a 20 mile distance
• Washing, dressing and care of your loved one by female staff. You might want to be involved in this
• Opportunity to visit your loved one at the funeral home by appointment
• A cardboard, jute or traditional wood veneer coffin (other options available)
• Transport
• All pall bearing staff
• Crematorium fee
• A non-religious celebrant or minister
• A dedicated webpage with details of the funeral for you to share with family and friends

Possible additional costs:
If you wanted a willow coffin instead of a cardboard or wood veneer, there would be an additional cost. You can calculate this by taking £390 of the cost of the coffin you prefer.

If you wanted the funeral to take place at the weekend there is an additional cost of £300.

Cost of flowers and printed order of ceremony booklets are not included.

If you wanted to attend the crematorium straight after the service in our hall there would be additional costs.
