    10th February 1967 – 30th October 2020

     

    Loved and loving partner of Martine, dad of Max, son of Marina and John, brother of Kate and valued friend.

     

    Lev served his community as a land scape architect and he volunteered with The Real Food Project. He was also grower and friend at Scott Avenue Allotments.

     

    Lev’s funeral will be held on Friday 27th November at Manchester Crematorium. Sadly due to current restrictions only a small number of people can attend. If you would like to wait for him on route he will leave from his home at 3.35pm travelling down Kings Rd, Seymour Grove, Manchester Rd and through Chorlton then Barlow Moor Rd.

  2. Neville Alfred Jackson

    23rd February 1937 – 25th October 2020

     

    Loved and loving husband of the late Lesley, father of Lynne, Rachel and the late Sally, partner of Gill, brother of the late Pat and the late Mue, grandfather of Jourdan, Grady, Tomas, Natascha, Amelie and Ace, uncle and friend.

     

    Nev served his community as a painter and decorator.

     

    Nev’s funeral will be a small private funeral due to current restrictions. You can watch his service later on in November if you contact us with your details.

    John’s service took place on Monday 19th October at Manchester Crematorium.

    Also known as Stan Vernon.

     

    Steve died after a long illness borne bravely and without complaint.  Loved father of Candice and dear brother of Michael, Christine and Marilyn. 

     

    Steve lived in Heald Green and was a comedian and playwright.

    Dr Anna ‘Annie’ Austin

    27th November 1980 – 26th September 2020

     

    Loved and loving wife of Stephen, mother of Joseph, daughter of Deborah and Allan, sister of Michael, loving aunty to Victoria and Elizabeth and dear friend to many.

     

    Annie was a social scientist publishing work on well-being, social justice, public policy and empirical ethics.

     

    Annie’s service was held in the Woodland Room at Greenacres, Rainford on the 7th October.

    Loved and loving partner of Sandra, son of Debbie and Roger, father of Demira and Malisse and valued friend.

     

    Adam was a much loved teacher and colleague at Elms Bank School in Whitefield.

    9th July 1942 – 27th August 2020

     

    Peter lived in Levenshulme. He was a good friend to many and a skilled meditation teacher. His funeral was held at Manchester Centre for Buddhist Meditation on 1st October followed by committal at Altrincham Crematorium.     Loved and loving wife of the late Jim, mother of Philippa and  Simon, grandmother of David , Gareth and Nicolas, mother-in-law to Rick and Jane and valued friend.

     

    Raine was buried with her late husband Jim at Friends of Nature Burial Ground on the 17th September with a small family service. 

     

    Raine set up  The St.Mary’s Sexual Assault Referral Centre, Manchester. The first of it’s kind in the UK. See her obituary in the Manchester Evening News. If you would like to make a donation in her memory please make it for the centre.

    Known as Hal Stanley.

    Loved and loving husband of Ruth, father of Ieuan and David and valued friend.

     

    Formerly of Warrington, Hale and Lymm. A much loved former captain of Sale Rugby Club. Hal’s family would like to be in touch with  family and friends that Hal lost contact with. Please get in touch with Natural Endings to pass on messages.

    Kate was the vibrant owner of the Fairview Hotel in Blackpool.

  15. Bee Parker

    7th August 1928 – 30th May 2020

     

    Also known as Cheng Parker.

    Loved and loving mother of Steve, grandma of Jake, Mei Lee and Taro, mother-in-law of Paula. Bee’s private committal was held at Manchester Crematorium on Friday 17th July. A memorial was held on what would have been her 92nd  birthday in a small woodland in  Highfield Country Park in Levenshulme. 

    If you would like to make a donation in Bee’s memory a special fund has been set up called Bee’s Wildflower Fund as part of the Bee Sanctuary Movement  in Levenshulme.

    Much loved husband of Jean, dear father of Peter, Lee and the late Tracey, beloved brother of Sandra, a devoted granddad and great grandad, uncle and valued friend.

     

    David worked at Kelloggs as a foreman in the Combines Department.

     

    His funeral took place on Wednesday 1stJuly 2020 at Manchester Crematorium.

     

    David’s funeral was  held on Wednesday 1st July at Manchester Crematorium.  Donations in David’s memory can be made for Kidneys For Life charity.

    Much loved son of John and the late Mary, dear father of Callum and Kieran, beloved brother of Paddy and Geraldine, grandfather of Lucy, uncle of Darren, Jay Liam and Connor, brother-in-law to Wayne and Shelly, great-uncle and valued friend.

     

    John served with the Kings Own Scottish Boarderers regiment.

     

    His funeral was held on Friday 19th June at Manchester crematorium.

  18. Leonard DuNoyer

    9th December 1933 – 7th May 2020 

     

    Much loved brother of Kenneth, dear uncle of Christine and valued friend. He lived in Didsbury and Withington.

    Len’s funeral was held on Monday 18th May at Manchester Crematorium. On the  14th July there was  a memorial for him when his ashes are interred in his family grave.

    Loved and loving mum, grandma, sister and friend.

     

    Pauline’s ceremony will be held at 1pm on Friday the 13th March in the Central Chapel at Blackley Cemetery.  Followed by a burial in The Woodlands. The track up to the Woodlands is quite muddy so please wear sensible shoes. Please don’t bring big floral tributes. If you would like to bring some flowers please bring a daffodil or two.
