Woven Seagrass eco-coffins are an attractive light brown and cream colour.
These woven seagrass coffins are made from sustainable resources; they are 100% natural and biodegradable. They are woven by hand using yarns of twisted seagrass and finished with cane, top and bottom. The seagrass material used for our coffins is grown in coastal paddy fields and flooded with seawater throughout the year. The fields are carefully managed to promote a continued cycle of growth and renewability.
