The courses are 4 days long and are a grounding in the art of ceremony; an exploration of the modern funeral (and if you feel called to celebrancy you will get what you need) before we then unpack and examine what else might be possible when we dream bigger and remember the ancient ways and reimagine them for modern times.
This course is quietly radical, we explore the mainstream funeral practice before de-centring the “celebrant” into a circle of their fellow humans; allowing ceremony to arise from grassroots in a co-creative and authentic way.
