Hazel was the loving mum of Vicki, and friend to many.

Her farewell will be held at 1.30pm on Friday 1st November in the New Chapel at Manchester Crematorium.

There will be an opportunity during the service to place a flower, leaf, shell, or similar, if you wish to bring something, but only if you would like to.  Or if you would like to make a donation to Together Dementia Support or Cats Protection leagues.
